Jairus Halladay

Jairus Halladay is a Financial Advisor with Malone Financial, where he has served clients since joining the firm in March 2015. He transitioned from a service role to a Junior Advisor in 2024, bringing a strong foundation in client education and comprehensive support to his advisory practice.

A 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Marketing. With 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, he is registered with FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, holds Life and Health insurance licenses, and earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation.

Jairus specializes in comprehensive financial planning, delivering tailored investment and insurance solutions, and providing Medicare* planning to help clients achieve long-term confidence. Driven by a customer-service-oriented approach, he is committed to educating clients and guiding them through complex financial decisions with clarity and care.

He resides in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, with his wife and two children. Jairus remains actively involved in his community as a volunteer with the Kinship Community Food Center (formerly Riverwest Food Pantry), Make a Difference Wisconsin, and his church finance council. In his free time, he enjoys camping, carpentry and home renovations, and spending quality time with his family.
